Happy Christmas Dear Reader,
“If your child gets a new game for Christmas play it with
him and let him win.”
I would not advocate always letting a child win but it is in
good spirit to allow it the first time.
The idea is to create joy for him or her in the new game. The idea is give the chance for learning.
The greater joy is in giving the child joy. It is in making the choice to put their enjoyment
first in the moment. This extrapolates
to deference to others in order to spread the joy of Christmas.
It is a form of giving that we overlook.
Wishing you joy in the journey,
Aramis Thorn
Mat 13:52 So Jesus said to them, "That is why every writer
who has become a disciple of Christ’s rule of the universe is like a home
owner. He liberally hands out new and old things from his great treasure
store.”
