Greetings Dear Reader,
For some Christmas is “over”. Things may be put away. Some will tell you it is over if you are
dressed in Christmas attire or humming a Christmas hymn. I hold onto the celebration until Epiphany. I hold onto Christmas all year long.
Wherever you land on the spectrum there are transitions this
week. The changes come whether we wish
them or not. Some transitions are locked
into our method or marking time. Some
are just habitual because of tradition or convenience.
The transitions can change things around us or even change
us. We all make them. We do not all or always embrace them. Change and transition is still the constant
in our lives.
Walk with me a bit as I examine the transitions that are
common. There will be some positive
notes and painful reminders. The thing
that I hope never transitions is the comfort of your company in the journey
Dear Reader.
Wishing you joy in the journey,
Aramis Thorn
Mat 13:52 So Jesus said to them, "That is why every writer
who has become a disciple of Christ’s rule of the universe is like a home
owner. He liberally hands out new and old things from his great treasure
store.”
